NEW YEAR'S GIVEAWAY β TERMS AND CONDITIONS (EU)
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by OURI EU Commerce, based in the Netherlands. The promotion is open to all residents of the European Union aged 18 and over.
2. Promotion period
The promotion runs from December 1, 2025, to December 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (CET). Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.
3. Participation
Participation is automatic for every order placed during the promotion period.
One order equals one entry.
Participation is open to persons aged 18 or older who reside within the European Union.
Employees of the organization are excluded from participation.
4. Prizes
The following prizes will be raffled off:
1x Chanel Mini Flap Bag worth β¬5,000
2x OURI Complete Bundles
A total of 3 winners will be selected.
5. Draw and announcement
The draw will take place on December 31, 2025.
Winners will be contacted personally via the email address used when placing the order.
Winners must respond within 72 hours.
If a winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected.
6. Delivery of prizes
Prizes will be shipped free of charge to the winner within the European Union.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products.
7. Exclusions per country
If participation in certain EU countries is restricted or prohibited by local law, the organizer reserves the right to refuse participation from these countries.
8. Fraud prevention
OURI EU Commerce reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of fraud, abuse, manipulation of the promotion, or excessive cancellations after participation.
9. Liability
OURI EU Commerce is not liable for typographical errors, technical malfunctions, or unforeseen circumstances.
The organization reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the promotion if necessary.
10. Applicable law
This promotion is governed by Dutch law, regardless of which EU country you are participating from.
