The standard shipping cost is $7.95. Free shipping on orders over $100.
Ouri NAC 3500 (cordless hair dryer)
Orders containing the Ouri NAC 3500 are always shipped free of charge and by express delivery, regardless of the order amount. This also applies to bundles that include the hair dryer.
Track & trace

Incorrect address or uncollected package
Please note: it is your responsibility to enter your address correctly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because it has not been collected, shipping costs will be charged again. In that case, you will be responsible for the return costs.
Delay or damage during transport
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department at support@ouribeauty.com within 5 days of receipt. Always include a clear photo of the package and the damaged product. We will be happy to resolve the issue for you.
