Processing time
Orders placed on workdays before 11 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders after 11 p.m. will be processed the next working day. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace as soon as your order is on the road.
Shipping method and delivery time
All orders are sent as standard with an Express shipping method via a reliable international carrier. You will always receive a track & trace link as soon as your order has been sent.
Delivery time: 5–7 working days
During peak periods (such as holidays or actions), the delivery can take a little longer.
The standard shipping costs are € 7.95. Free shipping from € 70.
Ouri NAC 3500 (wireless hair dryer)
Orders with the OURI NAC 3500 are always sent for free and with Express, regardless of the order amount. This also applies to bundles in which the hair dryer is included.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace link from us. Did you not receive e-mail? Then first check your spam folder. For questions you can contact us via support@ouribeauty.com.
Error address or not collected package
Please note: it is your responsibility to complete your address correctly. If a package is returned by an incorrect or incomplete address or because it has not been collected, shipping costs will be charged again. Return costs are in that case for your own account.
Delay or damage during transport
If your order is delayed or damaged, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receipt via support@ouribeauty.com. Always add a clear photo of the package and the damaged product. We are happy to solve it for you.
