Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the website ouribeauty.nl, a brand operated by Ouri EU Commerce, trade name of Teace Company B.V. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

The Ouri Beauty brand and website are managed by Ouri EU Commerce.
Ouribeauty Company LLC and its EU representative listed on product packaging are responsible for product information and compliance with labeling and safety regulations. Payments and contractual sales transactions are handled exclusively by Ouri EU Commerce.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Ouri EU Commerce and to every agreement concluded via ouribeauty.nl between Ouri EU Commerce and the consumer.
3. Offer
All offers are without obligation unless expressly stated otherwise.
Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on Ouri EU Commerce.
4. The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer and compliance with the conditions set out therein.
5. Prices and payments
All prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is made via the secure payment methods offered.
Price changes do not affect orders placed previously.
6. Shipping costs and delivery

Orders containing the Ouri NAC 3500 hair dryer, either individually or in a bundle, are always shipped free of charge via express delivery.
7. Processing time
Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. will be shipped the same working day.
8. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason.
9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Products with a hygiene seal cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. This applies to the Ouri NAC 3500 hair dryer and other sealed products, among others. This exception is clearly stated on the packaging.
10. Return procedure and costs
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt via support@ouribeauty.com, stating the order number and including clear photos of the product and packaging. After approval, you will receive instructions
. Returns without approval will not be accepted.
The consumer must return the products within 14 days of cancellation at the latest
. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund within 14 days of cancellation, but may wait until we have received the return or proof of shipment. A model withdrawal form is available on request.
11. No exchanges
Exchanges are not possible.
You can return the product according to the procedure and then place a new order.
12. Free gifts with purchase
If your order includes a free gift, this gift must also be returned
If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from the amount to be refunded.
13. Complaints and warranty
Complaints can be submitted by email to support@ouribeauty.com and will be dealt with as quickly as possible and within 5 working days at the latest. All products are covered by the statutory warranty. Damage caused by improper use is not covered.
14. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
15. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
