Reimbursement policy

Once you have received and assessed return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We also let you know if your return has been approved or rejected.

When will I get my money back?
If you are approved, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method that you used with your order. The reimbursement is implemented within 14 days at the latest, but usually faster. Keep in mind that it can take a few working days before the amount is visible on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial refunds
We reserve the right to partially repay a return in the following cases:

  • The article is not in its original state

  • The packaging is missing or is damaged

  • The product is used or shows user traces

  • The return application has been submitted too late

Non-restrictions
The following articles are not eligible for reimbursement:

  • Gift cards or digital funds

  • Items returned outside the return period

  • Products with a broken hygiene seal

  • Free gifts with orders, if not returned

  • Items that are no longer in a salable condition

Gifts and discount promotions
If you have received a free gift with your order, this must also be included in a return. If the gift is not returned, we will retain the right to deduct it from the amount to be repayed.

Have you placed an order with a discount? Then only the amount actually paid will be reimbursed. Discounts, vouchers or actions are not re -issued or settled.

How do I know if my reimbursement was successful?
Once your reimbursement has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received anything after 14 days, please contact us via support@ouribeauty.com. State your order number and proof of shipment.
